It's a 7-day programmable unit with five heat and two cool settings that's compatible with almost all HVAC systems, and can be controlled via wi-fi from your smartphone or tablet. Not only does the XL824 monitor indoor and outdoor temperatures so you can adjust your system to be energy-efficient, but it also monitors and controls humidity as well as telling you when it's time to change a filter or schedule routine maintenance.
