Description

3. Core Materials and Craftsmanship:
Nuts: 45# steel, integrally cold-forged, 12.9 tensile strength, 8 μm zinc-nickel plating, no red rust after 72 hours of salt spray testing.
Washers: 65Mn spring steel, 120° serrated chamfer, providing ≥28 N·m anti-loosening torque.

5. Installation in 4 Steps
Remove the old nut and clean the motor shaft threads.
First, place the serrated washer → then tighten the steel nut, torque 25-30 N·m.
If a wider dropout is needed, insert the 2 mm stainless steel bushing into the right dropout.
Snap on the rubber dust cover and tighten – no tools, no glue, and no loosening.
6. Performance Enhancement
