Drill holes with a matching drill bit.
Use tapping threads (special) for wire threads, the thread depth must exceed the mounting length of the wire screw sleeve. Insert the wire screw into the mounting wrench with the tail facing down. Turn the wrench to screw the wire screw into the threaded hole.
Use a pin tool to align the mounting (tail) with a hammer to hit the drilling tool and you can remove the tail.
