This 12mm electric bicycle hub motor nut set is designed for 250W-500W motors and can be expanded to match 1000W high-power motors. Made of grade 10 high-strength carbon steel with a three-layer galvanizing + black passivation anti-rust process, it shows no red rust after 72 hours of salt spray testing. The set includes:
2 × 12mm shaft diameter lock nuts
2 × hook washers
2 × torque arm reinforcing washers
2 × dustproof nuts. The serrated cup-shaped washers provide ≥50 N·m of tightening force, and together with the torque arm washers, prevent shaft deformation and nut loosening during high-power output. The 32mm standard hexagonal design allows for quick installation with a household wrench.
