Description

FAZ II Plus 10/20 K R – The metal anchor for beating and expanding stainless steel with corrosion resistance class CRC III in a short high-performance version certified for static loads on cracked concrete and for seismic applications (performance category C1 and C2).

Advantages:
The use of high-strength steels ensures even higher tensile and cutting values.
The FAZ II Plus K R is certified for seismic performance category C1 (M8) and C2 (M10 and M12) and resists high seismic stresses with and without the use of the FFD filling washer.
The independent technical rating issued by FAST3 in Stuttgart attests for FAZ II Plus K R M10 and M12 a service life of up to 120 years, ensuring safety for constructions that require a long service life.
Quick installation without the need to clean the hole as confirmed by the IEA Stuttgart Official Expert Report.
The short "K" version involves shorter holes with considerable time savings minimizing the effort required for drilling and decreasing the number of hammer blows required for installation.

Operation: FAZ II Plus K is suitable for through and non-through-through installation.
The anchor is installed correctly once the set installation torque is reached.
In case of series installation, we recommend using the FABS installation tool to speed up installation.
In the presence of seismic actions, the use of the FFD filling washer - seismic kit ensures the correct filling of the annular space between the FAZ II Plus K anchor and the element to be fixed, maximizing the C2 seismic resistance when cut.
