The FD-XS20 is a micro flow sensor head. The supported piping materials include metal pipes and resin pipes (soft/hard). It can detect all liquids, such as water, oil, adhesives, lubricants, and chemical solutions. The supported fluid temperature is from 0°C (no icing on the pipe surface) to 100°C (pipe surface temperature). When installing resin pipes, clamp components such as FD-XC20R1 and FD-XC20R2 can be used; when installing metal pipes, clamp components such as FD-XC20M1 and FD-XC20M2 can be used. Its rated flow rate varies according to the outer diameter of the pipe. When the outer diameter of the pipe is 1/2" (12.7 mm), the rated flow rate is 0 to 20.00 L/min. The zero-cut flow rate is 0.10 L/min in standard mode and 40 mL/min in high-resolution mode. The housing protection levels are IP65/IP67 and IP68G. The ambient temperature is -10 to +60°C (no freezing), and the relative humidity is 35% to 85%RH (no condensation). The weight is about 260 g.
