8" deep open wells fits all full size spillage pans. It is supplied with four individually controlled 750W heating elements with infinite control switches.
It comes with an adjustable stainless steel undershelf and a 8" x 1/2" polycarbonate cutting board.
208V/240V, 3000W and 12.5 Amps. NEMA 6-20 Plug.
This unit must be used with water pans. Do not run on dry operation.
