Special Features

  • Fits the following Arctic Cat ATV models: : 2005 400 FIS AT/MT, 2005 500 FIS AT/MT, 2005 TBX 500, & 2005 650 H1/V2.
  • Features 4140 chromoly steel bars for a higher tensile strenth and more durability. Engineered as a direct replacement, fully-assembled, and ready to install.
  • Joints fitted with neoprene CV boots for flexibility and resistance to hot/cold temperatures. Utilizes high-performance moly grease for protection against the environment and to keep vital components lubricated.
  • Replaces OEM # 0502-547, 0502-542, 1502-539, 0502-542. Compressed length: left- 551.5 mm, right- 550 mm, Inboard spline count: 21 (both), Outboard spline count: 27 (both).
  • Warranty: 2 Years (excluding torn boots & use on lifted vehicles). Lift kit voids warranty, parts are not designed to be used on modified suspensions.

This pair of new CV axles fit front left & right on the following Arctic Cat ATVs * 2005 400 FIS AT/MT * 2005 500 FIS AT/MT & TBX 500, & 2005 650 H1/V2 * Features stronger than OEM chromoly forged steel axle bars * Greased with a moly based grease to provide superior joint lubrication * Fitted with neoprene CV boots for added wear and puncture resistance * Compressed Length: left- 551.5 mm, right- 550 mm, inobard Spline Count: 21 (both), outboard Spline Count: 27 (both) * Replaces Arctic Cat OEM # 0502-547, 0502-542, 1502-539, 0502-542.
