Cat ELC Advanced is a premium extended life coolant developed, tested, and approved by Caterpillar to meet the same rigorous standards as all Genuine Cat Parts. This listing includes (6) 1-gallon jugs of Cat 542-6490 (5426490) Extended Life Coolant Advanced in a ready-to-use 50/50 premix formulation.

Advanced Metal Protection
Cat ELC Advanced features advanced metal protection through a specialized formula that incorporates organic acid additive inhibitors, providing maximum corrosion protection for:
Copper
Solder
Brass
Steel
Cast Iron
Aluminum

This coolant offers excellent passivation and flux compatibility, making it suitable for use with CAB brazed materials and providing fast passivator properties. It also delivers outstanding aluminum protection in high-temperature applications and effectively eliminates nitrite depletion.

Important: This product is a 50/50 premix. Do NOT add water or dilute.
