1. Product Overview
This exhaust bellows hose is a critical component within the wet exhaust system of marine inboard gasoline engines. It serves as a flexible, sealed conduit connecting the engine's exhaust manifold or elbow to the downstream fixed section of the exhaust piping.
Vibration Dampening:Absorbs engine vibrations to prevent stress-induced damage to exhaust components.
Thermal Compensation: The flexible design accommodates heat expansion and contraction of metal parts.
Leak Prevention: Maintains a critical gas-tight seal, safely directing toxic exhaust gases overboard.

2. Construction & Features
Heat-Resistant Rubber Hose: The main body is constructed from a reinforced synthetic rubber composite material, capable of withstanding sustained exposure to high temperatures and exhaust gases (120°C - 150°C / 250°F - 300°F).
Flexible Corrugated Structure: This design enables the hose to compress, expand, and bend freely, effectively absorbing displacement caused by engine movement, vibration, and thermal expansion.

Pre-installation Inspection: Before installation, conduct a thorough visual and tactile inspection of the new bellows hose. Confirm the surface is free of defects, cuts, cracks, or deformation.
