Description

Replace a faulty or inaccurate coolant temperature sensor with this direct-fit thermistor designed for Polaris Ranger 400 and 500 models. This sensor installs in the cylinder head on the left side of the engine and restores proper temperature readings for smooth operation and correct fan activation. Ideal for resolving overheating warnings, poor temperature gauge behavior, or inconsistent fan cycling, this OEM-style sensor replaces Polaris part number 3089892 and is compatible with 2011–2014 Ranger 400 carbureted models and 2006–2013 Ranger 500 EFI models.
