The 7/8 diameter tubing flares out to boost its strength even more and comes paired with tougher tie rod ends. They have huge 16 mm rack threads and 14 mm rod threads that are the toughest you can get. Solid Steel Bar Tie RodsWith 1 diameter solid steel bar tie rods, you'll have more than enough strength for big tires and unexpected impacts.That's why we've beefed ours up by giving our heim joint tie rod ends 3/4 rod threads. And our rebuildable inner ball and sockets use 16 mm rack threads.
