This is because the clamp area is not a perfect round shape, which may result from minor shape variation during the manufacturing process. Thanks to the natural flexibility of nylon fiber, the bar end can still be installed normally and fits securely once tightened. After proper installation, stability during riding is solid and reliable. The product is compatible with standard 22.2mm (21.8–22.2mm) mountain bike handlebars and includes handlebar plugs for a clean and finished cockpit setup.
