They are designed to attach to the rear fender rails of the cruisers.
By using this mounting kit, you can adjust the mounting position of the bags in reference to your bike vacant space.
Package Include:
4 heavy duty metal brackets in black finish
8 rubber grommets w/ metal sleeve in the middle
8 set of metal bolts, nuts and spacers.
Note: You need to get four longer fender bolts for mounting the brackets if your exiting bolts are not long enough.
