Description

This AT200-18 clutch alignment tool is built as a direct replacement for the popular Mid-America AT200-18 style alignment tool used on many heavy-duty truck clutch installations. It features a 2" outside diameter, 18-spline shaft to match clutches that require this specific alignment profile. During a clutch job, this tool helps you center the clutch disc to the pilot bearing so the transmission input shaft can slide in smoothly. That means less time fighting the trans, less chance of damaging splines, and a cleaner overall installation. Our version is additive manufactoring construction from high-strength plastic instead of metal. The lightweight material will not rust, is easier to handle in tight bellhousing spaces, and is gentle on the clutch splines and pilot area. ADDITIVE MANUFACTURED PETG CONSTRUCTION – Produced using an additive manufacturing process with durable PETG material for consistent dimensions. Typical applications include 430mm clutches that use a 2" 18-spline shaft, often found with DT12 and Endurant style transmissions and Mid-America clutch kits such as AN-K4489CL, AN-K4489CL5, K-4488CL, K-4494CL, K-4512CL, K-4544CL, K-4545CL, K-4557CL and K-4558CL.
