Product Description
The BAOMAIN AD402-04 is a zero air loss automatic drain valve and water separator for air compressors. It automatically discharges condensate and contaminants without manual operation or electricity, protecting downstream pneumatic tools and maintaining stable system pressure.

Working Principle
1. Zero Pressure: Float descends by weight; spring presses the piston down to drain initial condensate.
2. Pressurization (Above 0.1 MPa): Pressure pushes the piston up, sealing the channel to prevent air loss.
3. Auto Discharge: Buoyancy raises the float as water builds up, forcing the piston down to drain water rapidly.
