Installation Steps:
1. Master Cylinder End Fixation: Place the end of the tool marked “Master Cylinder” firmly against the surface of the master cylinder, making certain the measuring end maintains full contact with the cylinder body
2. Precise Depth Measurement: Rotate the adjustment knob in the middle of the tool to gently touch the center of the bottom of the piston hole with the measuring probe (note: only touch; do not apply pressure that could cause the piston to move). Once contact is confirmed, tighten the knob to fix the measurement value
3. Brake Booster End Calibration: Align the other end of the tool (labeled “Brake Booster”) with the brake booster mounting surface. Adjust the pushrod length until there is a slight air gap between the probe and the pushrod. Finally, complete the assembly of the master cylinder and brake booster
