This Wide Bushing Replacement Tool is designed for use with Hendrickson Tri-Functional Wide Beam Bushing Kits and is a direct replacement for part number S-21307. It allows easy removal and installation of wide beam bushings without removing the suspension from the trailer, saving time and effort.
This kit includes all necessary components for efficient operation. It features heavy-duty construction with a corrosion-resistant finish to ensure durability in workshop and field environments.
Important: Always lubricate all threaded and load-bearing surfaces with extreme pressure grease before and during use to prevent damage.

Bushing Removal Instructions:
1. Mark the bushing orientation on the beam and compression tube.
2. Spring pin holes do not need to align during removal.
3. Tighten retaining nuts to remove slack. Attach the hydraulic adapter if the bushing is seized. Connect hydraulics and begin removal.
4. After every 2-inch stroke, retighten nuts to take up slack. Most bushings require 3-4 cycles.
Bushing Installation Instructions:
1. Lubricate the bushing and insert it into the compression cylinder.
2. Place the installer plate on the bushing, aligning the marks and ensuring the four guide pins seat correctly.
3. Tighten retaining nuts to remove slack. Attach hydraulic adapter if needed. Confirm alignment before starting.
4. Connect hydraulics and begin installation, retightening nuts every 2 inches. Most bushings require 3-4 cycles.
