Instructions for Use
Car CV Boot:
1. Place the car CV boot expander tool on the universal joint
2. Flip the car CV axle boot, align the small opening with the small opening of the car CV boot expander tool, and then push it in firmly. You can apply some lubricant to the surface of the tool (car CV boot expander tool is not included in the package)
3. After pushing it in, take out the clamp or tie to secure it. The excess length of the clamp is cut off with a pair of cutting pliers

Cutting Pliers:
1. Align the jaws of the shearing pliers with the band and fully embed the excess of the band into the bayonet area of the jaws
2. After inserting the band, hold the rocker of the cutting pliers and turn it slowly, keeping an even force during the turning process
3. When the clamp is tightened to the right degree, without taking off the cutting pliers, turn the tool over and rotate the other lever to cut off the excess band at once
4. Finally, use pliers or a hammer to tap on the bumps (i.e., the fixed part of the clamp) to further lock the clamp
