Easy to install, not easy to damage
This is the plastic connector "coupling" between the electric motor and the gearbox drive gear housing
It is designed as a safety shear pin, but it usually breaks mainly due to aging.
If there is too much resistance on the seat track, it will jam instead of breaking the plastic gearbox housing or applying too much pressure on the electric motor, causing it to overheat or blow the fuse.
If you hear the motor running and the seat does not move when the switch is activated, it may be that the coupling is faulty

How to remove and replace the power seat coupling
This is basically the case with R and R.
There are 3 (7mm head) screws to fix the motor to the metal frame.
You need to remove 1 on the back because it is difficult to reach, then the front bottom, and then the top screws.
The motor is loose at this time.
Remove all debris from the motor. (Cleaning is recommended).
Then remove all debris from the gearbox. (It is recommended to clean again).
Install the coupling on the motor shaft. The coupling is designed to fit tightly. If it becomes loose, it will eventually fall off with use.
Slide the motor back into alignment. The power seat coupling shear pin must be rotated to align with the power seat drive shaft.
Now that you have combined the two together, you can start the screw installation.
Tighten the lower front screw by hand. Then do the same thing with the top screw, pressing it again so that the rear screw can align.
