Special Features

  • RAR-240 MONOPIVOT KIT: Complete pivot connection service kit for Ridewell RAR-240, 240LKS, and RAR-247 suspensions. Commonly found on Talbert Lowboys, Heavy Haulers, and Tanker trailers (15K/25K capacity).
  • REPLACES HUCK FASTENERS: Designed to replace the factory "Huck" style pivot fasteners with serviceable hardware. Includes high-strength Eccentric Bolts that allow for easier future alignment adjustments without special tooling.
  • RESTORES AXLE ALIGNMENT: Worn pivot bushings cause trailer "dog-tracking" and rapid tire wear. This kit includes the 5.5" OD Monopivot Bushings and Wear Washers needed to restore factory alignment and ride quality.
  • COMPLETE AXLE SET: One kit services ONE axle end (Pivot Connection). Includes 2 Bushings, 2 Eccentric Alignment Bolts, 2 Anti-Turn Washers, 2 Wear Pad Washers, and all required nuts/washers.

Description

The Service Upgrade for Ridewell Monopivot Suspensions.The Ridewell 6040029 Pivot Bushing Kit is the heavy-duty solution for servicing RAR-240 and RAR-247 Underslung Suspensions. Often found on Talbert Lowboys and liquid tankers, these "Monopivot" suspensions rely on a single large bushing to maintain axle alignment.
The "Huck" Problem Solved:
Factory suspensions often use permanent "Huck" fasteners that are impossible to adjust and difficult to remove. This service kit upgrades your suspension to Eccentric Alignment Bolts, allowing you to easily adjust axle alignment in the future with standard shop tools.
