These have a higher amount of flecking, minerals stains, knots and black or green streaks, and the occasional piece of missing bark. Although these are not suitable for Laser Engraving they can be used for many other projects such as signs, for painting, home décor, and more. Use a food safe coating such as mineral oil or beeswax and they can be used for parties, picnics, weddings and other gatherings for plate charges, serving platters etc. Expert woodburners can challenge themselves and incorporate the defects into their design.
