Important Note:
As this aquarium pump is submersible, and need to be put into water fully before power on to avoid the aquarium pump burning out.
Prohibit no-load running. It would shorten its lifespan and lead to making loud noises when running in the air for long time, When changing water, please disconnect power supply.
This mini pump has strainer design, please take isolation protections for the baby fishes while using this pump, to prevent them from being sucked into pump front strainer.
Problem & Solution:
The pump dead: Check the power source and the plug; Check if still any water; Check installation manual and Safety Instructions.
The pump is noising: which may caused by debris blockage. Please clean it regularly about, or add some olive oil on the rotor.
The pump is working but flow insufficient: Check the control valve has been adjusted or not; Check the impeller is damaged or not; Check the pipe/strainer being stuck or not, Check if still any water; Check if the electricity is stable or not.
Clean & Maintain:
Unplug and pull out the control valve to clean the outlet.
Remove the basefoot you will see the screws, use a screw driver to loose the screw and take off the base strainer, pull out the impeller, clean it and install it back.
