Material: This heat tape uses polyimide film as the substrate and is coated with high-performance silicone on one side. The high precision reaches ±2.5µm, with no scratches or stringing. It has good heat resistance, water resistance, wear resistance, moisture resistance, oil resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, and heat insulation.
Heat-resistant & Insulating: The heat resistant tape exhibits great heat resistance, withstanding short-term temperatures up to 300 degrees Celsius. It also has excellent electrical insulation properties, making it suitable for fixing and protecting in high-temperature environments.
No Residue: This high-temperature sublimation tape has good adhesion, easily wrapping on uneven surfaces. Even if it is stuck at 260 ℃ for 30 minutes or in a 300 ℃ environment for 6 seconds, it can be easily peeled off without leaving any residue.
Wide Application: The sublimation tape is widely used in wave soldering shielding of electronic circuit boards, high-temperature masking of printed circuit boards, reflow soldering temperature protection, motor insulation, insulation of lithium battery positive and negative electrodes, capacitor manufacturing, and wire bundling.
