Special Features

  • Upgrade Replacement Spring Steel Sheet for Wanhao Monprice 220 hotbed: Cut corner to fit well, flexible, removable.
  • Complete FlexPlate build surface System: Include a FlexPlate sticking with pei sheet, a magletic mounting base.(If just need the steel plate with PEI, please search ASIN:B08S2ZBBZY)
  • Specially-coated FlexPlates are resistant to rust and work on both heated and non-heated print beds. The FlexPlate is engineered to maintain shape over time.
  • Before using, please remove the protect film which stick on the PEI surface, attach to your print bed via the Soft Mounting Base, perform a one-time z-height adjustment, and begin printing. (After installing, how to auto-leveler: turn the metal part upside down so the uncoatd metal is facing up. Apprently the auto-leveler uses electric current to do it's thing. The PEI side is not so good.) When printing is complete, simply remove the FlexPlate, flex, and pop your prints off!
  • Kindly Tips: We have helped you stick PEI on the steel plate, use machine, so you don't need to worry about bubbles. if you received package but found the air bubbles or Scratches, please don't worry, they are the surface layer, PEI will not be affected.

Description

Feature:
PEI Sheet Install: (please Cut off the extra corners by yourself）
. Level the bed and set the height of the nozzle before printing.

PEI Sheet Use：
Thickness: 0.17mm
Compatible with PLA ABS PETG TPU and other most filaments.
When the print is completed, let the bed cool, and the part will be easy to release from the PEI surface. Parts are actually easier to remove if released before the bed becomes completely cold.

PEI Sheet Maintenance:
Clean in between prints with isopropyl alcohl and a lint free rag.
Acetone can be used instead of isopropyl alcohol, but the bed must be cold if acetone is used. Optionally, light sanding with 600-1000 grit sand paper can be done after lots of printing to give the PEI sheet more life.

Sticker Base:
Magletic base that is adhesive-backed for easy installation
