The trinocular compound siedentopf LED microscope provides phase contrast microscope system and brightfield microscope system. The phase contrast microscope comes with LED illumination with variable intensity, Abbe NA1.25 condenser with iris diaphragm and a complete set of phase contrast kit plus 100X (AJ100PR) oil darkfield objective with iris diaphragm. The compound microscope features an optical system for observing images through eyepieces and an adjustable trinocular port. It offers eight levels of brightfield magnification from 40X to 2000X. The phase contrast kit includes a phase contrast NA1.25 condenser with four positions (DF, BF, PH10/20, PH40), a centering telescope, two plan phase contrast objectives: PH10X, PH40X (S). The included oil darkfield objective AJ100PR will work with the darkfield condenser. This phase contrast compound microscopy is widely used clinical, biological, research and schools, specially for observing live cells.
