This digital metallurgical microscope package includes a super speed 5MP USB 3.0 digital microscope camera and is intended for metallurgical, mineral identification and crystal, electronic integrated circuit examination and research. This product features attachable polarizing plates and infinity-corrected plan field achromatic objectives. The 100X objective is dry (immersion oil free) to meet the contactless need during inspection. The long working distance of the 10X (9.6mm) and 100X (dry 2.7mm) objectives makes it possible to inspect rough surfaces.
