Special Features

  • If you have a Zumspot Brand MMDVM Board there is a new case model: ZRPI-3.5NSX
  • For Raspberry Pi 4B, 3B+, 3B, 2B, and B+ (not included), JUMBOspot (a generic Chinese MMDVM board - Not included), and a 3.5″ Enhanced Nextion Touchscreen (included). Carefully designed to precisely fit these components using Laser cut components and stainless steel hardware. Full body coverage for components (not waterproof). Heat sinks and rubber feet included.
  • *Please note that connecting the Nextion screen to your set-up may require additional soldering of pins or wires not covered in these case instructions.
  • Note: This case does not have a fan and the Pi-4 is known to run hot under use. It is not recommended to run the Pi-4 at full power for extended periods as performance problems can arise at higher temperatures.* The new inner layers have been designed to fit the Pimoroni Fan SHIM (not included)

Screen Information:The Nextion Enhanced NX4832K035 is a powerful 3.5″ HMI TFT display, with 32MB Flash data storage space, 1024 byte EEPROM, and 8192 byte RAM
***Please note that connecting the Nextion screen to your set-up may require additional soldering of pins or wires not covered in these case instructions.***
In the line of our classic ZEBRA case design this screen case is for Raspberry Pi 4B, 3B+, 3B, 2B, and B+ (not included), JUMBOspot (not included), optional Pimoroni Fan Shim (not included) and 3.5″ Nextion Enhanced screen (included). Case can fit a JumboSPOT (Generic Chinese MMDVM board for example: HIMA or AURSINC.)*Note: This case does not have a fan and the Pi-4 is known to run hot under use. It is not recommended to run the Pi-4 at full power for extended periods as performance problems can arise at higher temperatures.
Notes on fit of Pimoroni Fan Shim (not included)
The clearance between the fan shim (not included) and most radio boards is very slim and not all boards will work with the fan shim if there are components or solder points above the fan.
The fan shim does NOT work with the N5BOC Lonestar Board***
