The Aruba AP-575 (part of the HPE Aruba Networking 570 Series) is a robust, high-performance Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) outdoor access point designed for harsh, environmentally challenging locations such as parking lots, stadiums, and public venues. It is purpose-built to withstand extreme temperatures (from -40°C to +65°C), persistent moisture, and airborne contaminants with an IP66/IP67-rated weatherproof enclosure. This dual-band access point features integrated omni-directional antennas and delivers a maximum aggregate data rate of up to 3 Gbps (or 4.8 Gbps in the 5 GHz band). It incorporates advanced technologies like 4x4:4SS MU-MIMO (Multi-User Multiple-Input Multiple-Output) and OFDMA (Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiple Access) to optimize network efficiency and performance in dense client environments. The AP-575 is also an IoT-ready platform, featuring integrated Bluetooth 5 and Zigbee radios for location services and asset tracking. For security, it supports the latest WPA3 encryption standards and the Policy Enforcement Firewall (PEF) for dynamic segmentation. It can be managed via cloud-based Aruba Central or on-premises Mobility Controllers and supports Zero Touch Provisioning for simplified deployment.
