Installation Instructions
1. This buck cable is 12-30V to 5V power supply to the car recorder, at the same time, the buck cable has a low-voltage protection function, the battery voltage of 11.6V or so, the buck cable will automatically cut off the power supply
2. The input side of the step-down cable has three wires: red wire, yellow wire and black wire, the red wire is connected to the ACC fuse of the car, the yellow wire is connected to the BAT+ fuse of the car, and the black wire is connected to the negative pole of the car
Wiring Precautions
1. The red and yellow wires are docked with the extractor (there is a special interface for docking), and then the extractor is plugged into the base of the car fuse
2. Black wire with a U-shaped fork, near the principle of iron, fixed to the body iron. (Must be able to touch the body iron, otherwise there will be poor contact or not energized)
Common Failure Problems
1. After the buck cable is installed, turn on the car key, if the buck cable is not energized, at this time, first check whether the buck cable positive and negative wiring is correct, and whether the fuse taps is inserted full of two fuses, if only one fuse is inserted, you need to distinguish between positive and negative directions of the fuse taps, and try several times for positive plugging and reverse plugging
2. Check whether the black negative wire is firmly installed in the body of the screws on the tin, if in accordance with the body of the plastic screws, the buck line will not be energized to work, the negative wire must be firmly installed in the body of the screws on the tin
