⚠️ Important Usage & Safety Notes

Fuel is Critical: Always use a fresh 40:1 gasoline-to-high-quality 2-stroke oil mixture. Never use old fuel or straight gasoline, as this will cause severe engine damage.

Pre-Operation Check: Before each use, inspect drill bits for damage, ensure all bolts and connections are tight, and check for fuel leaks. Always clear the work area of debris, especially when digging.

Safe Operation: Always engage the safety switch when starting. Wear safety glasses, gloves, and sturdy boots. Keep bystanders at a safe distance. Never operate the tool indoors.

Break-In Period: For long engine life, use the first few tanks of fuel at varied, moderate speeds. This allows internal components to seat properly.

Correct Bit for the Job: Use only the 10” bit for ice and the 5.9” bit for soil/earth. Do not use the earth auger on ice or the ice auger on hard soil, as this can damage the blades.

Storage: For long-term storage, drain all fuel from the tank and run the engine until it stops to clear the carburetor. Store in a dry place.
