Easy to use
Just touch a button on the head, you can adjust its brightness and color temperature between 3000K-6500K.
Press the button for 2 seconds: Set the color temperature to 3 levels (3000K warm light for sleeping, 4200K warm white light for relaxation, 6500K cold white light for reading).
Click on the button: adjust the intensity of the light, 3 levels adjustable.
