LEAKSHIELD actively protects against leaks and continuously monitors the water cycle for minimal leaks. Specially developed for use with the ULTITUBE reservoir series, LEAKSHIELD replaces the lid of the reservoir. In addition to protection against leaks, LEAKSHIELD can check the system for tightness even before commissioning the cooling system. The LEAKSHIELD provides easy filling of the system with a suction line and monitors the level of the reservoir. LEAKSHIELD creates a vacuum throughout the cooling system, which means that in the event of a leak, no coolant escapes from the system, but ambient air enters the cooling system. A high-precision pressure sensor in the LEAKSHIELD continuously measures the negative pressure in the loop and calculates and displays the leak rate in ml/h from the pressure loss. The display rotates 360 degrees freely. Integrated digital RGB LEDs also visualize operating states or can be freely configured to match your computer's lighting scheme. As soon as configurable alarm thresholds are exceeded, an integrated alarm buzzer activates in the LEAKSHIELD. In addition, alarms are displayed via OLED display and RGB LEDs.
