Motion-sensing tech automatically deactivates the green dot after 5 minutes of no movement and instantly reactivates it at the previous brightness when motion or vibration is detected.
VERSATILE DOCTOR FOOTPRINT COMPATIBILITY – This green dot sight includes a Picatinny mounting base and is designed to fit slides or adapter plates with the Doctor/Venom/Fastfire footprint. Also compatible with various handgun mounting plates that replace the rear sight dovetail for optics-ready pistols.
FRONT-MOUNTED CONTROLS FOR QUICK ACCESS – The RD3-006B-2 features a front-positioned power switch for intuitive operation, allowing faster engagement than side-mounted designs. Its ergonomic layout supports smooth user control and seamless transitions between brightness levels while maintaining a streamlined profile.
PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION RECOMMENDED – While user installation is possible, we strongly advise having the optic mounted by a qualified gunsmith. Improper torque or fitment may result in loose screws, zero shift, damage to the firearm or sight, or potential safety hazards due to installation errors under recoil stress.
DOT CLARITY AND ASTIGMATISM AWARENESS – If the green dot appears distorted—like a starburst, smudge, or multiple dots—you may unknowingly have astigmatism. This is a common visual effect caused by the LED reflection on the lens. To confirm, use your phone to take a photo of the dot; if it appears round in the image, astigmatism is likely the cause—not a defect in the sight.
