ASI 2103230, Type A1-M8, is a package of 100 non-insulated ring terminals that are UL Listed for 12-10 AWG, can be used with a 5/16" stud and can be crimped with one of the many tools available from ASI. The A-M ring terminals are constructed with an electrolytic copper which has been heat treated or annealed to strengthen the terminal especially between the crimp and tongue. The wire barrel of this 12-10 gauge crimp lug has a length that is optimized for ideal crimping and the inspection hole at the end allows you to check for proper insertion of the wire. This 12-10 AWG ring terminal for use with a 5/16" stud is tin-plated to avoid oxidation making it ideal for most environments.
