MAXTITE Counter Top Support Brackets are designed to be placed between 18"-24" apart. To accommodate the most common installations, they're sold in sets of 3 plus 12qty 2" wood screws.
It's everything fabricators, countertop installers, or homeowners need to easily and securely reinforce or mount a wide range of countertop types.
These brackets are crafted from one piece of solid steel free of welds, joins, or weak spots. Each brace is predrilled with 6 countersunk holes so that the screws will finish flush with the support brace and powder coated gloss black for a high-end black polished finish. The edge is back-beveled with slightly rounded corners, eliminating sharp edges that could scratch or cut, and the bevel provides a smooth transition from the bracket to the stone.
MAXTITE manufacturers brackets with full 1/4" thick counter top brace bracket. Competitor's 3/16" brackets are just too flimsy and allows too much flex in the brace. MAXTITE provides a solid stiff bracket that will fully support the overhang without flexing.
MAXTITE Counter Top Support Brackets are 2 1/2" wide to provide plenty of structural support. When placed at seams it gives a full 1 1/4" wide support on each piece of stone.
How to pick the correct size: Stay back 2-4 inches from the edge of the overhang, and add the width of the support wall you're attaching the bracket to.
