After the restrictive endorsement stamp is stamped on the security or financial document, the item is no longer negiotiable. The item is essentially restrictively endorsed and cannot be used by a third party. Hence the name restrictive endorsement stamp. The layouts and verbiage used on our resctictive endorsement stamps comply to the US Government code of Federal Regulations 328.5 With an impression size of Pr 1-3/8" X 3- 7/8" this pre-inked restrictve endorsement stamp meets the size requirements (approxiametely 1-1/2" tall by 4" inches wide) as listed in US Government code of Federal Regulations 328.6 Additional restrictive endorsement stamp compliance requires the ink be blue.
