【Device Connection Troubleshooting】 ❌ Not compatible with Android devices—please do not purchase if you use an Android phone.✅ Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device; pairing is not possible without Bluetooth.✅ An iPhone logged into an Apple ID is required for pairing—unlogged iPhones cannot connect.✅ Only supports one Apple ID at a time. To use with a different ID, you must first unregister the product from the original Apple ID.✅ After receiving the product, first remove the white insulation sheet (simply pull it out directly).
