The Savage Axis Picatinny Rail is a dedicated optic mounting platform built specifically for the Savage Axis/Axis II, allowing for precision mounting of your preferred optic.
Single Picatinny rail section that installs directly to the factory mounting holes in the Savage Axis via the included set screws. Includes both #6 and #8 Screws for Compatibility across all generation Savage Axis Models. Compatible with Savage Axis I Savage Axis II, and Savage Edge platforms - not compatible with other models.
Available in two styles - a 0 MOA mount and a 20 MOA mount.
The 0 MOA mount is completely level and is suitable for zeroing your scope at short to mid range distances.
The 20 MOA mount is angled upward at 20 MOA. The angled plane gives you a higher range of elevation adjustment when zeroing your scope. It is suitable for zeroing your scope at long distances.
The rail section is compatible with both Picatinny and Weaver based rings and optics. 7 inches or 16 rail slots in length, the rail allows for flexible placement of your optic for optimum eye relief and cheek weld.
