A Super Multi-Layer Coating further reduces lens flare and ghosting, contributing to high-contrast, color-accurate images. Operationally, the lens features a Hyper Sonic Motor for rapid, precise autofocus, complemented by a large focusing ring for smooth manual focus adjustments. The rounded nine-blade diaphragm enhances bokeh quality, while the construction from a thermally-stable composite and brass bayonet mount ensures durability and precise mounting. The lens is also fully compatible with Sigma's USB Dock for customization and firmware updates.
