  • APPLICATION: The high cobalt content significantly enhances cutting stability under elevated temperatures and reduces the risk of edge chipping, making these bits particularly suited for high-speed drilling and cutting operations.   • INSTRUCTION: Ensure the drill bit axis is perpendicular to the workpiece surface to prevent lateral force and breakage. Use appropriate rotational speed: Use lower speeds when machining materials like stainless steel. As a general rule, harder materials require slower speeds. Maintain steady and moderate feed pressure.
  • NOTE: It is strongly recommended to use cutting fluid (e.g., emulsion, oil-based coolant) to effectively reduce temperature, minimize wear, extend drill bit life, and improve hole wall quality. If coolant is unavailable, adopt an intermittent drilling method by frequently retracting the drill to clear chips and dissipate heat. Ensure the drill bit is securely clamped in the chuck or tool holder to prevent slipping and vibration.
