AMERICAN VINTAGE II 1963 TELECASTER NECK: The American Vintage II Series features authentic neck profiles from Fender's past.
MEDIUM “C” NECK PROFILE: C-shaped necks have a comfortable profile that works well for most playing styles. They are usually not as deep as most U- and V-shaped neck profiles.
RADIUS AND FRETS: The 7.25”-radius round-laminated rosewood fingerboard provides the comfortable playing feel of a vintage instrument, while 21 vintage-tall frets make it easier to bend notes without fretting out.
GLOSS LACQUER FINISH: Nitrocellulose lacquer, as used on ‘50s and ‘60's Fender instruments, is a premium finish that reveals the instrument's true tonal character.
AUTHENTIC BONE NUT: The (1.650" width) bone nut is pre-slotted with "pilot" string location grooves to make spacing a breeze when performing the final string slot filing. A bone nut provides superior sustain and tone transfer.
