Special Features

  • Purpose - Add to your workout equipment set up with our J-hooks or J-cups. These are designed as an accessory for the Elite Series Power Cage and these will safely hold your barbell during weightlifting sessions.
  • Usage - Use only on 3” x 3” upright poles with 1” mounting holes. We recommend inserting your J hooks at shoulder height so you can keep the correct posture when setting the barbell down after completing exercises or in between sets.
  • Materials - Powder coated black steel base. Includes a layer of Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene or UHMW plastic, scratch resistant plates.
  • What's Inside - (2) J Hooks
  • Product Specifications - J Hooks 7” x 3.1” x 8.5”. UHMW Pad is 0.25” thick. Total product weight of 11.5 pounds. Total Weight Capacity 500 lbs.
