We designed this to protect the handlebar ends / turn signals on select Apollo scooters (may also work with other handlebars with similar dimensions). They slip into place with a firm friction fit and will not fall off. They are made of a semi hard flexible plastic that is extremely durable and will not show scratches, dents or cracks when impacted. The vents are to allow the turn signal to shine through. They come with a lifetime warranty and are made in USA.
