The pliers feature a locking mechanism that holds the clamp open to easily replace clamps, as well as a release lever with red PVC dipping for style and ease of use. The micro adjustment feature allows you to adjust the tension on the cable, ensuring the clamp has the proper force and range to fully clamp down.
