Fluorocarbon skeleton oil seals are high-performance sealing components composed of fluorocarbon rubber sealing lips and metal skeletons, widely used in harsh conditions such as high temperatures, high pressures, and strong corrosion.

Their core advantage lies in the excellent properties of fluorocarbon rubber: a wide temperature range (-20°C to 200°C, with special formulations reaching up to 260°C), resistance to hot oil, fuel, acids, alkalis, and organic solvents, as well as excellent wear resistance and elasticity, ensuring long-term sealing reliability. The metal skeleton provides rigid support, preventing the oil seal from deforming during assembly and operation, and ensuring precise contact between the sealing lip and the shaft.

Structurally, it typically includes a main lip, a secondary lip (for dust protection), and a spring. The main lip is tightly pressed against the shaft surface by the spring's preload force, preventing medium leakage.
