Stahist T is an an antihistamine containing 2.5 mg triprolidine HCl, which has been used since 1959 to safely and effectively relieve symptoms due to common cold, hay fever (allergic rhinitis) or other respiratory allergies: runny nose, sneezing, itching of the nose or throat, and itchy, watery eyes. Recommended dosage is one tablet at bedtime. In a 2021 placebo-controlled clinical trial published in the Journal of Pharmacology, patients reported better sleep at night and upon morning awakening, were more refreshed than on placebo.
