ZP-600 improves performance by reducing hesitation, revitalizing seals and reducing heat load. The concentrated formulation dramatically reduces the need for repair and/or replacement of transmissions. ZP-600 helps to prevent damage and users frequently report having saved hundreds of dollars averting a transmission overhaul. How it Works: Gear and valve wear are virtually eliminated by the subsurface lubrication. ZP-600's wet and dry dielectric anti-wear lubricants reduce friction and protect after conventional fluids break down, increasing the load capacity. ZP-600 reduces friction, fluid oxidation, varnish, sludge and acids. ZP-600 prevents friction heat build-up, restricting oxidation as hotter fluids are thinner and increase leakage. At 120°F or below, fluids oxidize very slowly. Above 135°F, the rate of oxidation doubles for each 18° rise. Oxidation leads to sludge formation and harmful acids, generating more heat. ZP-600 dissolves hydrocarbon build-up, allowing for a smoother transmission.
