This way you can have confidence that your 12,000 lb winch won't pull out of the mounting plate. The hardware included with most winches is 8.8 Class (metric equivalent to Grade 5) and includes washers that aren't even hardened. This hardware is 10.9 Class (metric equivalent to Grade 8) hardened and yellow zinc plated. Even the washers are 10.9 Class hardened. The large fender washers also spread the force out over more surface area. Includes (4) flange bolts, (4) split lock washers, (4) extra thick fender washers and (4) square nuts. This kit is universal and works with most winch brands and mounting plates. It is intended to be compatible with Jeeps but may also work with any vehicle that needs a winch mounted to a steel plate.
