1.Verify Compatibility:Confirm your vehicle's glow plugs match this product. Always measure the resistance of all glow plugs(4-cylinder: 4 plugs; 6-cylinder: 6 plugs; 8-cylinder: 8 plugs).

2.Resistance Check:All glow plugs should have similar or identical resistance values. Replace any plug with differing resistance to avoid malfunctions during installation of the glow plug control module.

3.Resistance Check:
Start the vehicle and monitor for 3–10 minutes to ensure no glow plug damage or short circuits.
Inspect the module's wiring harness for overheating signs.
Critical Warning: Incorrect glow plugs (with mismatched resistance) can double current flow, risking overheating and burnout of the original wiring harness.
